What we expect

  • Passion for the Mixology or Culinary Arts

    Whether you're a seasoned bartender or chef or an aspiring one, your passion for food or creative cocktails is what matters most. If you’re willing to learn, we can work with you.
    You’ve got to be on board with offering a very high level of hospitality; training will be provided.
    You’ll also be fully trained in our menu and encouraged to be inventive. Ongoing “training days” happen regularly.

    This job is physically demanding. Maintaining high energy, positivity, & a healthy lifestyle are necessary to be able to perform your tasks and efficiently move around each other behind the bar where space is extremely tight.

    Your cleanliness and professional presentation helps our customers to relax and have an enjoyable experience. Please shower before work and have scrubbed clean hands and fingernails, no chipped nail polish.

    Please arrive fed, rested, and at least 5 minutes before your shift starts. You will have a designated place in the cooler to keep your own food.

    No cell phones behind bar or anywhere customers can see you.

    Wear NO scented: aftershave, perfume, perfume oils, hair products. Elizabeth is extremely allergic and they can interfere with the aromas of the cocktails.

  • Clear Respect and Boundaries

    Undercharging, overpouring, or giving away free drinks is not allowed. We will have a family/friends perk for you.

    Be on time.

    Don’t use argumentative, rude, or belittling speech to crew or customers.

    No smoking or vaping on premises.

    No illicit drug use or drunkenness before or during your shift.
