What we expect

  • Passion for the Mixology or Culinary Arts

    Whether you're a seasoned bartender or a bar back or server with at least 1 year experience, your passion for creativity and conviviality are what matter most. If you’re willing to learn, we can work with you.
    You’ve got to be on board with offering a very high level of hospitality and you’ll also be trained in our menu, prep, and encouraged to be inventive.

Now Hiring:

Bar Support Crew Members

Bar Support is where your Space Bar journey begins. This job is for extroverted multitaskers who can focus and get the job done with care, speed, and attentiveness.

Duties include:

  • Greeting Guests with full formal greeting

  • Clearing, cleaning, and setting tables

  • Preparing Cocktail Ingredients

  • Filling & Stocking Bottles

  • Washing and drying glassware by hand

  • Running the dishwasher

  • Stocking glassware

  • Stocking Ice

  • Stocking Liquor

  • Learning molecular processes

  • Implementing Ghost Ice

  • Cleaning & Mopping

  • Serving water

  • Working your way up to serving cocktails

  • Ensuring guests feel cared for

  • Doing your job while having fun!

You’ll be:

  • Serving some of the most elaborate and beautiful cocktails in the world. Yes, we are aiming for world class status.

  • Keeping the spaceship tidy. Yes, dishes, clearing, mopping, prepping—everyone from the CEO on down does dishes and cares deeply about the shiny reflection of the bar top.

  • Learning from badass mixologists and certified sommeliers how to prep, about palates, and high level hospitality. This is like university for libations.

  • Bringing kindness, care, excellence, and playful energy to every interaction, every shift.
